Before you
head out.
Can I take TrailCell 20K on a flight?+
Yes. Its 74Wh rating sits below the common 100Wh carry-on threshold. Keep it in your hand luggage and always confirm your airline’s current rules.
Can I use the products in rain?+
TrailCell is rated IP67 when its port cover is secured. SolarFold is built for outdoor exposure but should not be submerged, and PowerDock is intended for dry indoor use.
How long does a full recharge take?+
TrailCell reaches a full charge in about 2.5 hours with PowerDock 65 and a compatible USB-C cable. Solar conditions vary, so SolarFold is best used for topping up during the day.
What does the field warranty cover?+
The two-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Accidental damage, misuse, and normal battery capacity loss are excluded.
